Beef Stroganoff...
There is nothing better than to come home after a LONG day at work to have dinner already prepared in the crock-pot. First off the smell just melts you when you walk in the door, you instantly start to unwind and go into relax mode. Knowing that you don’t have to figure out what to make is SO NICE cause we all know that’s the hardest part!!!! And food ALWAYS tastes better when someone else makes it right? Yea.... there were NO leftovers.....the kids both LOVED it and us adults polished off the rest!!!
