I'm telling you guys.....caste iron is the way to go when cooking the meats indoors!!!! Make sure to dry off the meat real good before you put it on the grill pan so you get that good sear instead of a steam. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder or fresh garlic, butter, and some fresh herbs. FANTASTICO!!!!!! Oh yea don't forget to enjoy a nice glass of Cabernet and perhaps a salad with this centerpiece.
