Sunday Night Special
Well guys, the smell of the smoker was pure torture ALL day but the taste of the ribs was well worth the wait!!! We soaked the wood chips in apple juice all night and kept adding them slowly throughout the day. We had the whole neighborhood smelling GOOOOOOOOOD!!!! My southern green beans and a HUGE baked potato made for the perfect sides.
